Actually it was C, Raven, with 28 hardcore championship wins in 1 year and 8 months.

And yeah I messed up, but actually it wasn't just "sometime in November" nor was it November 16th, 1996. it was at Survivor Series 96' which was the 17th of November that HBK lost his first WWF Championship. To be exact.


And the last WCW Hardcore champion was D, Meng. That was a tough one.
