That's right out of nowhere Scorpio comes running in nipping these pin attempts in the bud. He breaks up both the pin in plain sight and the hidden one at the bottom allowing Morbid to kickout. Then being ever the opportunist as well as a devilishly handsome individual, Scorpio rolls up Morbid in a pin of his own which Morbid obviously won't be able to kick out of due to being his cracked out self.

Giovanni walks in and shakes his head at Axle, who seems to have fallen asleep while pining Morbid Angel and was so deeply under, that he didn't notice Scorpio went ahead and pulled off the old switcheroo. What that means is, Axle is now pinning a sack of potatoes and Scorpio, is pinning Morbid Angel. What is Morbid Angel doing during all these shenanigans? Well, Morbid Angel is losing the belt, that's what! On account of Scorpio pinning him.

I thought we were cool? This is not friendly! no one told me there was a time limit and his pin didn't count because it was a pin inside of another pin! HA! MORBID ANGEL STILL WINS!!!!!
