Richard was an eccentric sex-obsessed playboy billionaire until Thaddeus Duke tore it all away from him. Now he is a bitter and broken man seeking revenge.
Being homeless for several weeks/months with no money to his name and only revenge on his mind, Richard looks and smells like a decaying corpse.

Old, has died several times in the past so probably has some brain and heart problems, blinded by hatred for Thaddeus Duke, insane

Richard Powers walks out of the "Pryce Position" wearing whatever he found that day and saunters to the ring pointing finger guns and badmouthing the crowd who cover their noses at his foul odor. He rolls under the bottom rope and looks to the hard camera and gives the middle finger.

Balloons and streamers fall from the ceiling as Dick Powers saunters onto the ramp with a rose between his teeth and bounces his head smiling followed by his manager Riley Reed who smiles nodding his head to the rhythm. Dick drops to his knees and opens his arms wide, flaunting what he's got to the crowd as his pyro goes off behind him. He hops to his feet clapping, dancing and high fiving fans on his way to the ring. He jogs up the steps and climbs the top turnbuckle singing along to his theme as he poses to his adoring fans.
