I dig this kinda. It's Developing, and it could be treated like camp- with exercises to help them grow. (Like Matches, to which they must do strictly trash talk. Matches, two which they must do strictly dialogue with another NPC- next person character. Etc. Etc.)

Plus it's the newer generation of XWF. XWF: GDC.
