No one's accusing you or Rose of committing a crime, so a slander case has no ground to stand on.
And defamation only works if the person in question's reputation is damaged. Your own actions destroyed your reputation, and the jokes and comments are results. You didn't have to be obese, and you didn't have to marry a woman who so many claim is really a man.
That falls on you, not on the company.
Even if they did have a leg to stand on, you can't sue a company for the actions of its employees in this environment. As someone not under contact, you'd have a point in this pussified society, but as an employee?
You have less of a chance of winning in the courtroom as you do in the ring.
