Engy kicks out of the pin attempt. He grabs a handful of more "tea bags" and shoves them down Big Boy's throat, hoping for a "too much of a good thing, that wasn't supposed to be a good thing in the first fucking place" kind of effect. Big Boy starts to convulse. Engy then grabs a nearby plastic shopping bag and puts it over the guy's head, leaving him to suffocate.
