In my opinion, if TNA wants to stay in business they need to scrape up every last penny they have and try to work out some type of deal with CM Punk.

Imagine in an awesome world of wrestling where CM Punk and Daniel Bryan are both world champions on competing wrestling shows an they try to outdo each other every week in their performances. That would be amazing! Probably won't ever happen though.

I think it's weird timing. They just let Sting and AJ Styles go because of money issues, and MVP can't be cheap.

They had to come off the road because they couldn't afford it, there's speculation they wont even last a year (though I don't know considering TNA is basically run on Panda Energy's disposable income as a tax dodge, which isnt likely to dry up anytime soon). I don't think signing MVP makes up for AJ and Sting being gone, but getting the Wolves at the same time is clever. They're signing a WWE name for the exposure (because it worked so well in the past amirite), and a popular indy tag team to keep the smarks happy. So it's good business in that sense, and I hope they do turn things around. I like MVP, though I don't think outside of Japan he ever really did anything that matched his run of matches with Matt Hardy.

Can't be arsed to swap accounts, so the clever British virus will ask. Who's MVP? And with all these other people leaving WWE the reign of Miz can begin.

Because if TNA wants to do well they need to stop signing every guy the WWE doesn't want anymore, thats why they didn't sign Carlito, Morrison won't work for TNA because he wants to go back to WWE and doesnt wanna jeopardize that and as for MVP, who really cares, MVP was as much a player in WWE as Christian was and really what did christians tenure in TNA do? Nothing

^To be fair, MVP actually chose to leave WWE, and it was always his desire to work in Japan. So from his perspective, the move does make a lot of sense, if he wants to be back in the US, wants to work, but doesn't want to be on the road most of the year.

Montel Vontavious Porter, he was a midcard guy a few years ago, as I mentioned he had a really good feud with Matt Hardy. Basically he was the brightest star on Smackdown a couple of years, then got predictably buried when they moved him to Raw. You might remember him as the guy who shouted 'ballin' and had a stopwatch tick before his entrance (or maybe you werent watching and this means nothing to you lol).

MVP is a good pick. Never got his fair shake in the WWE. Dude could wrestle and was over as fck, and got jobbed out every week.

Morrison would be a good signing too.

Never cared for Carlito.

No, I've never heard of him. I only watched it for like a month in 99. The Triple H married Stephanie McMahon.

Carlito was great, he was massively hated during his feud with Cena but was mega over during his feuds with Orton and Masters. Guy sold a fuck load of merchandise too.

Carlito is another guy who was brilliant on Smackdown, wasted on Raw. In those early days, when he'd spit apples and shit, fuhgeddabowdit.
