Perfect conditional, working off an implied if clause in the sense of if it were an option to see you be put through a meat grinder (or, in common expression, run through one) or hearing you speak. That if clause being something to the effect of "If I had the choice of seeing you be run through a meat grinder or hearing you speak another god damned syllable, I would (sometimes shortened to the contraction I'd) rather see you ran through a meet grinder. See that consistent past tense? Yeah, that's what I thought.
