Some people see him as a savior, a protector.
Some people see him as a rival, an enemy.
But no matter what you think of him, you know him.
On a mission of justice, brutally injuring criminals and solving crimes.
But what happens when crime is all out, when nobody is left.
Well, Owl-Man saw that there is like a ratio of heels to faces like 99:1.
So the XWF is the place to go, to stop crime, evil.
"As a warning to all evil in the XWF.
I am vengeance, i am the night, I AM OWL-MAN."
