Ghost Tank grabbed Andrews after the kick out, and as he turned to face GT, Tank kicked him hard in the gut and yanked him up by the hips, pulling him up into powerbomb position, only to begin slam him time and time again, into car after car, only to finish with powerbombing Andrews into a car's windshield, busting it, but not breaking through. He pulled Andrews off the car, and pinned him again with the ref sliding back for another cover!
