We see that Frodo is riding in his car and the wheel ends up slipping on black ice... then we see that W82 helps frodo get out of his flipping car from the road... then he gave Frodo a sip of some tasty water fluid from his flask.
Then we see that W82 not wanting to pin him... but helping him get to the nearest schoolboy telephone line.
